Why do we need to maintain our church & facilities?
Procedure on Use of Facilities for Meetings & Events
1. Head of the ministry or the group needs Fill-out & Sign a request form and submit it to the parish secretary for approval by the pastor. A response and decision will be communicated after 5-7 business days.
2. The request must be done at least 4 - 6 months before the event. If request is less than 4 - 6 months, it must be requested immediately to the Pastor or in his absence Deacon John Mazibrook or the Parochial Vicar.
3. Regular Ministry or Group weekly meetings must be approved by the pastor each year for renewal. Ministry or Group must abide by the parish prescribed policies on clean-up, security, peace & order and safety procedures. Failure to follow these policies may result to BAN OF USING PARISH FACILITIES.
4. Report any damage in the facilities to Edgar Evangelista at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Groups or Ministries are responsible for any damage. Please use our facilities with outmost care.
5. Speakers outside of the parish for Events like retreats, day of reflection or religious concerts must have a letter of good standing 4- 6 months before the event.
If from parishes from other Diocese, they must have a letter from their Bishop's Office.
If from other parishes, they must have a letter from their pastors.
